| Abstract | Presented is the final report of the National Center on Educational Media and Materials for the Handicapped, a facility designed to provide a setting where educators of the handicapped and technologists can create, develop, and validate new instructional tools and techniques as part of the instructional technology activities of the Bureau of Education for the Handicapped. In a section on the program accomplishments, the project background is reviewed, center program goals and objectives are reported, and the organization and administration of the center is outlined. A second section focuses on objectives and activities for the following areas: administration and central technical services; media, materials, and technology services; information services; and coordination services. Appended are a list of center publications, the names and addresses of national advisory board members, a final report on the Liason Office, and a listing of center staff. (SBH) |
